• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• There is a communal laundry with washing machines and dryers. They require 5 x $1.00 coins per cycle. They are operated using a credit card or PayPass.

• There is also a clothesline on the rooftop.

• There is no elevator in the building, but only 4 flights of stairs to get to our apartment on the second floor.
