Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While The Miller’s on Kent is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings and events or business trips in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

There is plenty to explore like Barangaroo Reserve, a popular picnic destination and The Sydney Observatory – renowned as one of the most significant sites in Australia’s scientific history. Peruse the casual pubs in the Rocks District, including Australia’s oldest pub brewery, the Lord Nelson Brewery and The Hero of Waterloo which has been in operation since colonial times.

• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• The home has 1 full bathroom.

• The home has an aircon unit top floor and ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom and portable heaters.

• The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.
