• The home can accommodate up to 12 guests with the 2 sofa beds upon request, with a fee of $140 for each bed. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.

  
  
  ADDITIONAL RULES:

• Please see the house rules. As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

• This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWELVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SIX people. No more than a maximum of EIGHTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.

• This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.

• This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise especially after 10 pm.

• This property is approved for accommodation only. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (including day visitors) above those booked and paid for must be approved in writing before the stay.

• Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

• STRA Rules - Guests will be required to send their ID’s, email addresses, full names and contact number(s).

• Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you wish to check out later than 10 am, there may also be an additional charge.

• If you have booked with a security bond and there are damages in the home that exceed the security bond amount, there may be additional charges for this.

• Cancellation Policy:

- If you book within 30 days or less from the check-in date, no refund is applicable.

 - Get a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of booking unless you have booked within 30 days or less from the check-in date. No refund is applicable.

 - If you cancel after 7 days from booking, you can get a 50% refund, minus the cleaning fee, unless you have booked within 30 days or less from the check-in date. No refund is applicable.

 - If you cancel within 48 hours of the check-in date, no refund is applicable.

Please note, the above cancellation policy is for bookings made directly with Getawayz NSW. If you have booked via a third party platform (including: Airbnb, VRBO, etc), their cancellation policy will override the Getawayz NSW policies.
