• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Please be careful around the stairway as this is a townhouse and the stairs are quite steep. There is a safety gate stored in the home for guests to use for the safety of their children.

• Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
