• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• Please note, there is only an aircon unit in the living room. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

• The home can accommodate up to 6 guests with an air mattress upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.
