• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• The home can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required

• Parking - Maximum Height 2 Meters, Maximum Width 2 Meters. The car spot can be accessed via Trafalgar Street.

• Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment which is on the second level.

• There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
