• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Our apartment comes with communal parking which is shared throughout the building, this is on a first come first serve basis. On Paul St there is 2 hours free parking which you can use.

• Please note, the home is on the top floor and there is no elevator in this building. There are only 3 flights or stairs to reach the apartment.

• This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.

• Please note, the bathroom does not have a door. It is an open entrance from the bedroom.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
