Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While this South Head residence is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings, events, or business trips in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• There is no elevator in this building, but only 3 flights of stairs (25 steps) to access the apartment.

• The home is also open to Management Team Retreats. We ask that you reach out to us first for approval before booking.
