Kiama is a beautiful town filled with historic buildings, beautiful beaches, crafty shops, cafes, restaurants, and the famous Big and little Blowhole all within driving distance. Kiama Downs is known for Jones Beach, which is right on the property! Walk one minute to see the beautiful beach in person, or enjoy this from your window!

• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• Please note that there is a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom, however, the jets are currently not functioning. It can be used as a normal bathtub.

• Please note, that the aircon units are only in the living room, master bedroom and 1 queen bedroom.

• If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
