• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• There is no parking spot on the property, but there are plenty of free street parking spaces in front.

• For the safety of the property and our guests, there is a security camera at the front entrance gate of the property.

• Please note, the home does not have a washer or dryer. The nearest laundry shop is in Mona Vale, which is about a 10-minute drive. You also have the option of using Jim's Laundry, a convenient pick-up and delivery service directly from our front door.
