Newtown is a highly desirable local area of Sydney that has a long and colourful history. With a thriving music, hospitality, fashion and late night scene, it is a must visit area of Sydney. There are also plenty of vintage shops for clothing and homewares, there is the Vegan mile nearby, various eclectic cocktail bars, high end restaurants and locally famous take away eateries - so there is something for everyone here!

• The home has 2 flights of stairs (24 steps) to reach the second floor.

• The fireplaces are for display only and cannot be used.

• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• The home has one security camera facing the front entrance to the left of the front door. This is for the safety of our guests and the property.

• *We have a parking garage that can fit one car. The dimensions of the garage are roughly (W) 2.87cm x (H) 2.17cm x (L) 5.5cm.

STREET PARKING

You can park on the street; however, please note the following restrictions:

• Two hours free Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

• Two hours free on Saturdays, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
