The views from the living room, kitchen and balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has beautiful views, and can hear the crashing of the waves!

The home is situated across the water with amazing views in every room!

The beach is just a 3 minute walk from the home to the right and the rock pool is directly a cross the road on the left side.

• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• There is plenty of parking directly out the front of across the road. For the beach carpark this is 4 hours free parking and is unlimited overnight. Please check the signs for the time frame of overnight parking.

• The home can accommodate up to 6 guests with the sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.

• This property is suitable for babies or children. A portable cot and highchair is available at the home. however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.

• There is a storage room for luggage. This can also be used to store surfboards or anything else for your stay.

• There are 3 flights of stairs to access the property.

• There is no heating/airconditioning in this home.

• Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
