• A security bond is required upon booking, and the amount will be included in the price breakdown. The bond will be fully refunded, provided there is no damage to the home, unless specified otherwise.

• Our home comes with one carspot onsite (middle carpark in the carport) as well as ample street parking which is unlimited free parking.

• For security reasons, check-in details will be sent either the night before your arrival or on the morning of your check-in

• Please note that only one set of keys is provided for each stay, and we do not have additional sets available.
