• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.


• Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

• Have a great time, but kindly keep in mind that our property is nestled in a tranquil rural area, where sound carries easily through the crisp highlands air. Please ensure that any music played remains at a background level.

• Additional detailed guidelines will be provided in the guest welcome document, which you are required to read and acknowledge upon arrival.

• There is an aircon unit in the front living room as well as in the main living room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
