• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these space as not guaranteed as its on a first come first serve basis.

• Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
