The living area includes a large, comfortable couch and a Smart TV for your entertainment. There's also ample cupboard space for your belongings and a versatile desk that can serve as a breakfast bar or a workstation for catching up on emails.

For a restful night's sleep, the luxurious queen-sized bed and single bed are topped with hotel-quality linens. Both beds are accompanied by bedside tables and reading lights for added convenience.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, vanity, and toilet, along with complimentary toiletries for your stay. The apartment also offers access to a communal laundry with washing machines and dryers.

Please note that limited parking spaces are available right outside the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is also available on weekends and overnight, ensuring your stay is as convenient as possible.

• There is a security bond to be paid upon booking. The amount will be included in the price breakdown. If there is no damage to the home, the bond will be refunded in full, unless otherwise stated.

• Parking: There are a few parking spots located directly outside the apartment, please note these space as not guaranteed as its on a first come first serve basis.

• Additionally, there is free Street parking on weekend and overnight. Please note parking is limited to 2 hours from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

• We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
